RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shannon Bartlett-Smith Pottery is a small company offering bespoke and made to order products. All sales are considered final and we are unable to offer cancellations or return options once you have placed an order. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
If you receive broken or wrong items, please contact us via email at hello@shannonbartlettsmith.com as soon as possible with a detailed description in writing, your order number and photos/video of the items. Refunds in these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In the case of faulty or damaged ceramics, or an incorrect order is received, we will do everything we can to provide you with the correct items.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
The nature of handmade pottery means that there will be variations between the pieces, even if they are made from the same clay and fired with the same glaze. As such, some pots may appear differently from the ones pictured on the website or from the samples we send out.
Shannon Bartlett-Smith Pottery does not accept returns, offer refunds, reimbursements, discounts or compensation due to issues arising from the customer’s personal preference.
All products are made to measure, but we cannot guarantee millimetre precision due to the nature of clay shrinkage during the firing process.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, delivery estimates and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Quotes given by Shannon Bartlett-Smith Pottery for bespoke orders or commissions will remain valid for 30 days, after this time we reserve the right to change prices accordingly in line with the current material/manufacturing costs and existing listing prices. Prices are subject to change without advanced warning.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIMES
Some items available are made to order or created as part of a bespoke order. The lead time is reviewed regularly and can increase or decrease without warning. The customer should always check the current lead time at the time of placing an order in case there has been a change.
We will always endeavour to complete orders within the estimated lead time, however, due to the nature of the orders and how they are made, delays may occur. Should an item(s) be delayed for any reason, we are unable to cover losses, accept returns, offer refunds, reimbursements, discounts or compensation.
We will not be subject to any subsequent arbitrary delivery dates requested/insisted upon by the buyer as a result of changes to the lead time at the point that the order is placed or any delays to the estimated lead time.
